One of these means of physical therapy is yoga therapy and kinesiotaping, the effectiveness of which was proven in this study. The article examines the main problems of spinal mobility in patients with ankylosing spondylitis and presents the method of physical rehabilitation of this contingent of patients in the post-hospital period, which was developed by adding yoga therapy and kinesio taping to the classical physical therapy program. patients with ankylosing spondylitis. The proposed technique allows you to slow down the progression of this pathology, preserve mobility in all parts of the spine, reduce pain syndrome and morning stiffness in the lumbar spine. In order to evaluate the effectiveness of the developed physical therapy program for patients with ankylosing spondylitis, a study was conducted of 8 patients who were observed at the physical rehabilitation medical center "Health Algorithm" in Kyiv.
