Abstract

Small and medium business is the weakest link in the Russian economy. For such enterprises, the availability of borrowed funds is the main incentive for further functioning. The article analyzes the current situation in the lending market, identifies trends, as well as factors influencing the evolution of lending to small and medium<sized businesses. In conclusion, the author gives directions for improving the state of bank lending to small and medium<sized businesses.
