Abstract
The current economic situation is characterized by the impossibility of using ordinary approaches to makingmanagerial decisions on the formation of the structure of participants in the innovation process. The practice of using economic patterns associated with the assessment of individual partners on the basis of information received from theirinternational ratings is not relevant in the context of the growing importance of geo–economic factors. Russian companies'-innovators are faced with the task of making a management decision on the structure of partners in the innovative supplychain based on the generated economic model of the innovation process, taking into account the current features andlong–term priorities of the company’s development in an exclusive combination of external and internal environmentparameters. The article proposes an innovation model that provides the possibility of making a managerial decision.
