Abstract

Abstract A large quantity of biosolid is produced worldwide from treated wastewater plants, and it is considered a big challenge to eliminate it in proper and environmentally safe ways. On the other hand, a large quantity of forage needed and was imported from outside to overcome the decrease in local forage production. The objective of this study was to increase the water use efficiency for production of barley biomass as forage crops using biosolid.
