THE LIST OF PRIORITY CHEMICALS FOR DEVELOPMENT OF FOOD CONTAMINANTS’ HYGIENIC STANDARDS ACCORDING TO HEALTH RISK CRITERIA

Abstract

The selection algorithm of food and priority chemicals for hygienic rationing is proposed. The algorithm includes the export and production volumes’ information taking into account consumption volumes, the detection of the food group’s contribution to the value of food production and consumption, the ranking of food’s main groups according to contribution to the production and consumption. The ranking of contaminants was realized with use of health risk criteria scoring. The list of priority food groups for hygienic standards according to health risk criteria was prepared. The list includes grain, flour-grinding products, bakery products, etc. The list of priority food contaminants for development of hygienic standards according to health risk criteria was constructed. The list includes metals (lead, cadmium, etc.), mycotoxins, antibiotics (levomycetin, penicillin, etc.), as well as benz(a) pyrene, nitrosamines.
