Abstract
In this paper, we consider the construction of a finite-element model for determining the stress-strain state of a multi-storey building made of monolithic reinforced concrete on an elastic foundation. This takes into account the dependence of the mechanical characteristics of concrete on the form of the stressed state, the development of plastic deformation in the reinforcement, cracking. Confirmed that the account of the complicated properties of the material is necessary for obtaining correct estimates of the stress-strain state of reinforced concrete structures under conditions of progressive cracking.
