Abstract

The tasks of organizing the production of power transmission poles from modified wood are divided into short-term and long-term. Short-term tasks include: attracting investments to create production; designing and manufacturing of the industrial plant SPK-5M and testing the technology of mass production of pillars with a length of 10.7 m; increasing the volume of production of poles from modified wood; creating additional jobs. The long-term tasks include: the organization of the production of power transmission poles from modified low-value hardwood according to the original technology; the introduction of the developed technology for the production of poles at an existing wood processing enterprise; mastering the supply of poles to the foreign market.
