Abstract
Due to the expansion of bacterial resistance, the treatment of infectious diseases caused by bacteria has
now become a real problem. Designing new molecules is a long-term process and requires massive investment,
so testing the anti-infective effect of known pharmaceutical substances is a suitable solution in the current
context. In the present work, the destructuring effect of the biofilm formed by Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia
coli, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa was tested by adapting the working method towards cost efficiency and
appropriate accuracy.
