Abstract

Numerous studies influencing quality of life have been published in the literature. However, no study has examined the impact of job and leisure satisfaction of sports centre employees on their quality of life. Therefore, this study aims to quantify the effect of job and leisure satisfaction of sports centre staff on their quality of life. To this end, data was gathered from 395 employees at sports centres in Istanbul. Demographic questionnaires, job satisfaction scales, leisure satisfaction scales, and quality of life scales were utilized to collect data. The data was analyzed with SPSS 27.0 using frequency, mean, standard deviation, skewness, kurtosis, correlation, and regression analyses. The results showed that job satisfaction positively impacted quality of life. It was also concluded that leisure satisfaction and its sub-dimensions also increased quality of life.
