The operation of child welfare offices in the Scandinavian model in the light of international and Polish law

Abstract

In the article, I will discuss the issues already examined by the institute regarding the rights of families in Scandinavian countries. I will take into account a few cases and look for an answer about the cause and effect relationship. The chapter on the history of the Scandinavian countries, regarding sterilization laws and eugenics policy, will be important.
