Abstract

In the dynamic business environment of the 21st century, learning and adaptability emerge as essential factors for the success and survival of organizations. With accelerating technological evolution, globalization and changing consumer demands, companies that fail to adapt and learn are in danger of obsolescence. This adaptability, reinforced by organizational learning, has become a key differentiator in the marketplace. The study explored several cases of success and failure, highlighting how adaptability and learning influenced company performance. Successful organizations demonstrated an innate ability to continuously learn and adapt to change, while those that failed to adapt faced significant challenges, putting their existence at risk. These examples underscore the importance of integrating learning and adaptability into a company's culture and operations. In addition, organizations must recognize and act on the need to invest in training and development, and foster a mindset open to change and innovation. In a context where technology and digitization are redefining the business landscape, companies must be prepared for constant learning and adaptability.
