(nC3H7)As(CN)2 (1) reacts with CO2(CO)8 (2) to yield the cluster 3 in which two (nC3H7)As fragments are coordinated to Co(CO)n (n = 1, 2, 3) groups. The cluster 3 has been characterized
by analytical and spectroscopic data and by an X -ray analysis.
