Abstract
GeJ2 and SnJ2 react with [C5H5Co (NO)]2 to give C5H5Co (NO) Ge J3 and C5H5Co (NO) Sn J3 respectively. The same compounds are obtained in higher yields by inserting GeJ2 and SnJ2 into the Co- J bond of C5H5Co (NO) J. In contrast to C5H5Co (NO) Hal the new complexes C5H5Co (NO) E J3 do not associate via NO-bridges.
