Abstract
The reduced distribution functions for an electron-gas are calculated from the Bogoljubow hierarchy by a perturbation expansion of the density operators with respect to two parameters. The limiting cases n λ3 ≪ 1 and n λ3 ≫ 1 are discussed. In the case n λ3 ≫ 1 the polarization function for small values of the temperature T ≠ 0 is given.
