Abstract
Abstract
This article presents a human-centered approach to developing an intelligent assembly assistance system, based on ISO 9241-210. Requirements were derived using user-centered methods, and a prototype was developed. A study evaluated the impact of error communication on users, highlighting challenges and potentials. The article demonstrates that the involvement of employees is crucial for the successful development of such systems.
