Phenyl-bis(perfluoropinacolyl)phosphorane could be obtained by reacting difluoro-phenyl -perfluoropinacolylphosphorane with dilithium-perfluoropinacolate or by oxidative addition of hexafluoroacetone to phenyl-perfluoropinacolyl-phosphine. The 19F NMR shows nonrigidity of the molecule.
