In a sample of about 200 hyperfragments produced in the interactions of 1.8 GeV/C K--mesons in nuclear emulsions, one example of the hitherto unobserved decay 9
ΛB →π- + 1H + 1H + 7Be has been established. The value of the Λ-hyperon binding energy (BΛ) obtained is 7.37 ± 0.42 MeV
