Abstract
The BOLTZMANN equation, which was conjectured and applied in previous papers of this series, is derived from an integral equation given by EDWARDS, ABRIKOSOV, and GORKOV. In an appendix, we present the quasi-classical approximation for the calculation of GREEN functions.
