Eine neue 1,4-Diboracyclohexa-2,5-dien-Synthese / A New Synthesis of 1,4-Diboracyclohexa-2,5-diene

Abstract

Borontrichloride reacts with two equivalents of z-3-diethylboryl-4-triethylstannylhex-3-en (2) to give the intermediate 3. In situ ethylation of 3 yields the bis(z-3-diethylborylhex-3-en-4-yl)ethylboran (4). Reactions of 4 with cyclopentadienylcobaltbis(ethen) or molybdenumhexacarbonyl lead to the mononuclear complexes 5 and 6. Their constitution is derived from NMR and MS data, and confirmed for 6 by an X-ray structure analysis.
