Abstract
The emission spectra, thermoluminescence glow curves and thermoluminescence spectra of cubic and hexagonal ZnS/(10-4)Cu phosphors were measured comparated to these of ZnS/ (5·10-4) Cu phosphors by excitation with light. The shape of the glow curves is correlated with the crystal structure of the materials.
