Abstract
Aminomercapto-sulfur- and -carbodiimides (4a-d) can be obtained by the reaction of monosilylated sulfur- and carbodiimides (1 a, b) with aminosulfenic acid chlorides, 1 a, b react with dimethyl-dichlorosilane to give the silazanes (7a, b); with dichloro-sulfane the sulfurdiimido- and carbodiimido-sulfanes (2 a, b) are formed.
