Abstract

The reactions of carbonyl trinitrosyl manganese with tri-tert-butylphosphine, di-(tert-butyl)-trimethylsilyl-, -germyl-, -stannyl-phosphine, tert-butyl-bis(trimethylsilyl)-, -(germyl)-, -(stannyl)-phosphine, as well as with tris(trimethylsilyl)-, -(germyl)-, and -(stannyl)phosphine result in the elimination of the CO ligand and the formation of corresponding trinitrosyl(organometalphosphine)manganese complexes. The IR, UV, 1H, 31P, and 55Mn NMR spectra are reported and discussed
