Abstract
of the system Ca-Cu-P resulted in the discovery of CaCu4P2. The compound crystallizes in a trigonal-rhombohedral structure (hexagonal axes: a = 403.6(1) pm, c = 2227.2(2) pm; space group R3̄m) which contains structural elements of the compound CU3P.
