Abstract
Sodium sulfonyl and phosphoryl amides together with dimethylchlorophosphine yielded PH-phosphine imines 4 instead of NH-aminophosphines 3. Sodium trifluoromethylsulfonyl amide did so even with diphenylchlorophosphine. In a second step biphosphine monoimines were formed in all cases. The dependency of δ31P, JPH and JPP is discussed.
