Darstellung und Eigenschaften von Dialkylthiophosphinsäure-N-trimethylsilylamiden / Preparation and Properties of N-Trimethylsilylamides of Dialkylthiophosphinic Acids

Abstract

Reaction of Dialkylthiophosphorylhalides R2P(S)Hal (R = CH3, C,H5, n = C3H7; Hal = Cl, Br) with Hexamethyldisilazane gives in good yields N-Trimethylsilylamides of Dialkylthiophosphinic acids R2P(S)NHSi(CH3)3. The properties and some reactions of these compounds are reported.
