Abstract

The molecular structure of the product formed by the reaction of α-[p-Chloro-anilino]-acetophenone-oxime with ferric chloride was determined by single-cristal X-ray diffraction. The compound could be identified as 1-[p-Chloro-phenyl]-2-Z-[α-hydroximinobenzyl]-4-phenyl-⊿3-imidazoline-3-oxide (2).
