AbstractIntroduction:Association betweenMethods:Total 200 subjects including 100 patients and 100 controls were analyzed and used polymerase chain reaction and restriction fragment length polymorphism methods for genotyping analysis of the polymorphism.Results:We found that smokers compared with non-smokers have approximately eight fold higher lung cancer risk [p=0.0001, OR=8.27 (4.02–16.9)].
