Abstract

Aim; The aim of this retrospective study is; to evaluate the relationship between clinical findings and MRI findings in patients who come to the clinic with the complaint of temporomandibular joint disorder (TMD) and who have had magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) before. Material and method; 85 patients who presented with TMD and whose MRI findings and clinical examination findings were recorded were evaluated. Temporomandibular joint, MRI and clinical examination findings, jaw pain, limitation in mouth opening complaints, the department from which MRI was requested, of the patient were retrospectively evaluated. Data were analyzed with SPSS 19. Numerical data were presented as mean ± standard deviation. Chi-square test was used to compare categorical data. P
