OdontogenicMyxoma (OM) is a benign odontogenic tumour of ectomesenchymal origin. It presents as a slow growing, painless locally aggressive tumour of jaw bones, common in the posterior mandible and is generally asymptomatic.Treatment in¬cludes surgical management that may range from simple enucleation and curettage to surgical excision in the form of peripheral osteotomy, segmental or radical resection. Here, we present a case report on odontogenicmyxoma of mandible managed by segmental resection.
