Abstract
Dyspalstic changes within the lining of an odontogenic keratocyst (OKC) is rare. In this report, we describe a case in which epithelial lining of a mandibular OKC showing dysplastic features. We include the associated histopathological features, and review the literature relevant to this uncommon occurrence.
