Abstract

Radicular cysts are the most common odontogenic cystic lesions of jaws. They are asymptomatic lesions associated with the root apex of a non-vital tooth that slowly progresses rarely to large symptomatic swelling. Here we describe a patient with large radicular cyst involving maxillary sinus secondary to traumatized non-vital tooth 21 treated by surgical enucleation.
