Kaizenis a Japanese idea that translates to a “sustained, continuous, incremental, progressive improvement towards perfection” or “uninterrupted change instead of innovative change on an occasional basis.” It is a “way of being” that is ongoing and results in continuous adjustments and a never-ending improvement process.
