1. While course design work was carried out primarily by academic staff of the Department of Information Studies at Kuring-gai College of Advanced Education, significant input came also from the then Head of the School of Library and Information Studies at the College, Margaret Trask; the Advisory Committee of the School and various panels and individual practitioners from the field of information. The work of writing units of study was carried out by staff in the Departments of Information Studies; Administrative, Social and Political Studies; Communication Studies, and Education Studies.
