1. Jerry R. Goolsby received his Ph.D. at Texas Tech University and is currently Assistant Professor of Marketing, University of South Florida. His research has been published in the Journal of Marketing, Journal of Marketing Research, Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science and other marketing journals.
2. Rosemary R. Lagace is Assistant Professor of Marketing, University of South Florida. Prior to earning her degree from University of Cincinnati, Professor Lagace held various sales and marketing positions. Her research interests include sales dyads, trust and ethics, and career development. She has published articles in Journal of Business Research, Journal of Marketing Education, Journal of Personal Selling and Sales Management, Psychological Reports, and various AMA Proceedings.
3. Michael L. Boorom is Assistant Professor of Marketing, California State University, San Bernadino. He contributed to this research while a doctorate student at the University of South Florida. His research interests include sales dyads, listening skills, and adaptive sales behavior.
