Abstract
Employment satisfaction relates to a person's general feelings about their employment, whereas job commitment is the degree of excitement an employee has for the tasks they are assigned at work. Furthermore, the performance of educators pertains to their capacity to fulfill their responsibilities and duties throughout the educational process. The purpose of the study, which was carried out in the Division of Cagayan de Oro City for the School Year 2023–2024, was to evaluate teachers' performance as well as their devotion to their jobs. Through random sampling, 420 teachers were chosen as responders, and information was gathered using a survey that had been approved. Inferential statistical methods including the mean, standard deviation, and Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient were used to examine and interpret the acquired data. The results showed that teachers demonstrated high levels of performance, job satisfaction, and commitment. In terms of career commitment, there was a strong correlation between teachers' performance and their job commitment; however, there was no such relationship for organizational, service, or work commitments. Furthermore, there was no discernible link discovered between teachers' performance and work satisfaction. The study recommends rewarding teachers for their efforts and accomplishments with incentives and perks in order to improve their performance in the workplace and job happiness.
