A INFLUÊNCIA DOS ESQUEMAS INICIAIS DESADAPTATIVOS NO PAPEL PROFISSIONAL DO ADULTO

Abstract

Esta pesquisa abordou o conceito de Esquemas Iniciais Desadaptativos, buscando compreender, com base na literatura já existente, sua relação com o desempenho do papel profissional do indivíduo e seu bem-estar no trabalho. O artigo se trata de uma revisão narrativa, baseada na literatura a respeito dos temas discutidos. Com base nos dados obtidos na literatura, foram construídas hipóteses a partir de evidências de traços de personalidade e comportamento organizacional e a relação com EIDS. Os resultados sugerem que os esquemas desadaptativos podem exercer influência sobre a vida profissional do indivíduo, a forma como ele enxerga a si, aos outros, e à sua função, podendo reduzir a possibilidade de bem-estar no ambiente profissional, e até mesmo causar transtornos relacionados ao trabalho. As hipóteses levantadas neste estudo, no entanto, ainda são apenas teóricas, necessitando de investigações empíricas. Palavras-Chave: Esquemas iniciais desadaptativos. Bem-estar organizacional. Terapia do esquema.   Abstract: This research addressed the concept of Maladaptive Initial Schemes, seeking to understand, based on the existing literature, its relationship with the performance of the individual's professional role and his well-being at work. The article is a narrative review, based on the literature on the topics discussed. Based on data obtained from the literature, hypotheses were constructed based on evidence of personality traits and organizational behavior and the relationship with EMS. The results suggest that maladaptive schemas can influence the individual's professional life, the way he sees himself, others, and his role, which may reduce the possibility of well-being in the professional environment, and even cause work-related disorders. The hypotheses raised in this study, however, are still only theoretical, requiring empirical investigations. Keywords: Early maladaptive schemas. Organizational well-being. Professional role.
