Abstract
The measures taken in recent years to reform agriculture, develop farms, create production and market infrastructure have made it possible to form a real class of owners in the village, increase agricultural production and the income of the rural population. In this regard, the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of October 29, 2007 No. PF-3932 "On measures to radically improve the land reclamation system" was adopted. A lot of work is being done on the practical implementation of this resolution
