Abstract
Abstract. This article aimed to construct an idea of solidarity for Indonesian labor, which is currently struggling more and more severely in the post pandemic. The laborers become more desperate for decent work and prosperity. Meanwhile, the entrepreneurs must deal with some expenditure efficiency along with the market slowdown. Conducted by the literature study method, this research employed Jon Sobrino's concept of solidarity to analyze this issue. It then proposed the idea of solidarity of the central axis as an alternative bridge for the needs of workers and entrepreneurs. This solidarity began with a consciousness to commiserate with the others’ dilemmatic considerations, then strive to empower others and jointly celebrate life.
