Abstract
AbstractIn order to improve the contribution of prefabricated buildings in the field of reducing carbon emissions, a hemispherical prefabricated cavity intima structure was designed based on the prefabricated laminated floor technology, which is more in line with the development law of mechanics. From the mechanical properties and thermal properties as the research objects, the full size static loading test and the thermal test of the test house are used as the research methods, and the deflection deformation data of the cavity structure under different loading conditions and the temperature change data of the test house under different external temperatures are obtained. The final result verifies that the fabricated cavity structure has sufficient structural safety from the mechanical properties. Its performance in terms of thermal performance also proves that the prefabricated structure can maintain the thermal insulation capacity similar to that of the concrete structure with thermal insulation layer without any thermal insulation material. It provides theoretical support for further promoting the development of cavity structure.
