This multicenter study demonstrated a high prevalence of urinary urgency and urgency incontinence among men with anterior urethral stricture. Most of patients experienced stabilization or improvement of urinary urgency symptoms after urethroplasty; a small percentage of patients experienced de novo or worsening urinary urgency symptoms.
