Abstract
AbstractAnalysis of receptor-ligand interactions is fundamental for the understanding of many biological processes. Our main object of investigation are MHC class I proteins, cell surface receptors and key players of the adaptive immune system. Their ligands are antigenic peptides presented to immune cells for revelation of infection. Ligand binding is inevitable for structural integrity and stability of the MHC class I receptor. In this article, we describe expedient methods for MHC class I analysis: nano-DSF, microscale thermophoresis, and fluorescence anisotropy.
