Abstract

AbstractThis report highlights the most significant UK copyright decisions in 2022. Most of these relate to the issue of copyright subject matter, which remains the focus of much academic debate. Some of these cases also raise issues relating to infringement and the scope and application of certain exceptions and limitations. The report also discusses the latest decision on website blocking injunctions.
