Abstract

AbstractWe extend to D-lattices the definition of Kalmbach measurable elements with respect to an outer measure

$$\mu $$

μ . We prove, in case

$$\mu $$

μ is faithful, that Kalmbach measurable elements are central, thus generalizing a result known for orthomodular lattices.
