Coauthors Fogel, Toth, and Lehman report “The Case for Endoscopic Therapy” and coauthors DiMagno and DiMagno report “The Cases Against Endoscopic Therapy.” The section by DiMagno and DiMagno also includes multiple new analyses of the world’s literature to report prevalence data of PD in idiopathic pancreatitis based on whether data were derived from autopsy, endoscopic, or MRCP literature.
