2. Lopez MJ: The changing incidence of acute pancreatitis in children: a single-institution perspective. J Pediatr 2002, 140:622–624. Two hundred seventy-four cases of pancreatitis were analyzed for etiology. This study provides the first evidence of rising incidence of acute pancreatitis in childhood.
