Abstract
AbstractSince Russia’s full-scale military invasion of Ukraine, brutal military operations, and Russia’s terrorist missile attacks on territory in Ukraine, tens of thousands of Ukrainians have partially or completely lost their mobility. Today, many military and civilian individuals have suffered wounds, concussions, and injuries, requiring support and learning to live with ongoing disabilities. At least 2 million Ukrainians face challenges of social inclusion. Ukraine's social sphere is directly focused on the development of an inclusive society aiding people with war-related physical limitations and safe refuges in isolation. Social adaptation and orientation for people with disabilities are crucial at both local and provincial levels. Considering the high level of digitalization in Ukraine, the use of digital media tools to ensure accessibility and inclusivity in all areas of everyday life is incredibly effective. One of these tools can be an interactive map of inclusion, which is divided into an online platform (mobile app), where in one place all the information about inclusive spaces in the country will be collected. A place where an inclusive infrastructure has already been created. Digital media tools play a vital role in securing accessible and inclusive coverage. Improvements in digital materials and special locations can be achieved through cooperation between public and private sectors.
