Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this paper is to establish limit laws for volume preserving almost Anosov maps of

$${{\mathbb {T}}}^2$$

T 2 flows on 3-three manifolds having a transversally neutral periodic orbit of cubic saddle type. In the process, we derive estimates for the Dulac maps for neutral saddles in planar vector fields.
