Open-type practical classes in the structure of military university curricula

Abstract

Динамические и качественно новые трансформации современной жизни, вызванные информационно-технологическими изменениями и глобальной пандемией, в мировом масштабе активизировали переосмысление ценностей относительно гармоничного сосуществования человека с природой, внедрение идей ноосферной педагогики, гуманизации межличностных отношений, определяющей роли положительных духовно-нравственных процессов во всех видах социальной активности, среди которых центральное место отводится образованию. В наше время продолжается ее совершенствование согласно стратегических документов ЮНЕСКО «Исследования в образовании и перспективы будущего обучения: какая нужна педагогика для XXI века» (2015), Инициатива ЮНЕСКО «Будущее образования» (2019), «Образование в мире после COVID» (2020). Экспертные оценки относительно эффективности образовательной сферы свидетельствуют, что определяющим фактором, центром любого учебного процесса является характер взаимоотношений между педагогами и соискателями образования, поэтому усилия современных ученых должны быть направлены на обоснование инновационных подходов к развитию новейшей дидактической реальности на основе личностно ориентированного, конструктивного и творческого взаимодействия всех ее субъектов. Dynamic and qualitatively new transformations of modern life caused by information and technological changes and the global pandemic on a global scale have intensified the rethinking of values regarding the harmonious coexistence of man with nature, the introduction of ideas of noospheric pedagogy, the humanization of interpersonal relations, the determining role of positive spiritual and moral processes in all types of social activity, among which education is given a central place. Nowadays, its improvement continues in accordance with UNESCO strategic documents "Research in education and prospects for future learning: what pedagogy is needed for the XXI century" (2015), UNESCO Initiative "The Future of Education" (2019), "Education in the world after COVID" (2020). Expert assessments of the effectiveness of the educational sphere indicate that the determining factor, the center of any educational process is the nature of the relationship between teachers and applicants for education, therefore, the efforts of modern scientists should be aimed at substantiating innovative approaches to the development of the latest didactic reality based on personality-oriented, constructive and creative interaction of all its subjects.
