Abstract
The hybrid war between the collective West and Russia, which split the world, marked the watershed between the previous 30th years of the development of the Russian economy and the beginning of a new era. The issues of the eastern turn of logistics and foreign economic relations that have come to the fore do not replace the long-term structural issues of the transition to an innovative socially and environmentally oriented economy. At the same time, this transition in the conditions of the blockade and a special military operation is associated with the expansion of the military economy and certain elements of the mobilization economy. The combination of these contradictory tasks involves going beyond the traditional market mechanisms of self-regulation and the implementation of a system of flexible network strategic management.
