Abstract
Introduction: Appendectomy is one of the most common abdominal surgeries in clinical practice.
Complications seen are wound site infection, ileus, abscess, leak and stula formation. Case
Representation: Discussion and We present to you the case of enterocutaneous stula that occurred after open appendectomy.
Conclusion: Faecal stula should be suspected in patients who had difcult appendectomy. CECT abdomen is the investigation
of choice and most patients can be managed conservatively.
